I teach freediving with one simple belief: when you slow down, everything becomes easier. Breath-hold, equalization, movement, and confidence all improve when you stop fighting the water and start working with it.
Whether you’re stepping into the water for the first time or looking to refine your skills, I’m here to help you become a safer, more confident freediver while developing a deeper appreciation for the underwater world and the nature that surrounds it.
My story
Growing up with a deep appreciation for nature shaped the way I see the underwater world today. Freediving has given me the opportunity to experience that connection from a completely different perspective — from the smallest marine life to the vastness of the open ocean.
The ocean has taught me patience, respect, and the importance of slowing down. Those lessons continue to shape not only the way I dive, but also the way I teach.
Why I teach
I don’t teach people to dive deeper. I teach them to become comfortable in the water.
Depth comes naturally when you build good technique, stay relaxed, and truly understand your body.
My goal is to help every student leave the water feeling calmer, safer, more confident, and with a greater respect for the ocean than when they arrived.
Whether you’re learning freediving for adventure, personal growth, travel, or simply to experience something new, I want every session to be enjoyable, meaningful, and built around your own pace.
